This notice confirms the resumption of the Examination Hearing for the Babergh and Mid Suffolk Joint Local Plan 2018 – 2037. This is compliant with Regulation 24 Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
Inspectors Malcolm Rivett BA(Hons) MSc MRTPI and Alison Partington BA(Hons) MA MRTPI have been appointed to hold an independent examination of the Babergh District Council and Mid Suffolk District Council Joint Local Plan.
Date & Time of Hearing
The Hearing sessions will re-commence at 09:30 on Wednesday 22nd September 2021 and will be held as Virtual sessions on MS Teams.
Arrangements will also be in place for people to observe the hearing sessions by livestream.
